Ambush Rabbit is an alternative rock band from New York and New Jersey. The trio—Ronny (vocals and guitar), John (bass), and Ernesto (drums)—share a deep-rooted friendship that predates the band's formation. Ernesto and Ronny, both bartenders in the heart of Newark, NJ, often cross paths during their breaks, exchanging banter and camaraderie. Meanwhile, John, working at a music studio in Jersey City at the time, became accustomed to Ronny’s impromptu visits.

Ronny, the primary songwriter, has always been driven by a relentless passion for music. Even when not part of a band, he constantly writes songs, drawing inspiration from great music and continuously honing his unique style of melodies and lyrics. Despite experiencing setbacks and the often harsh realities of the music industry and life, Ronny's dream was reignited after meeting someone who he wished was not from Earth, leading to the creation of Ambush Rabbit.

Initially, the band started as a duo with Ronny on guitar and Ernesto on drums. However, they soon realized they needed a bassist to complete their sound, which is where John came in. The trio quickly formed a strong bond, becoming a dynamic and humorous group with a shared vision.

Defined by heavy riffs and anthemic hooks, Ambush Rabbit’s sound is a thrilling blend of raw energy and heartfelt emotion. Their music strikes a balance between driving intensity and sing-along melodies, delivering songs that are as powerful as they are memorable.

With limited knowledge of the music industry, Ambush Rabbit will endeavor to operate as a DIY band, determined to see how far their talent and dedication can take them.
